No Refund & No Return Policy

At Ossotna, each product is highly personalized and custom-made to capture your unique story and memories. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final once the order is confirmed, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.


Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation before your order is confirmed. Once we have confirmed your order and begun the customization process, cancellations are no longer possible.


Damages & Issues

We take great care in crafting and delivering your personalized product. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at ossotna.lb@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and work with you to find a resolution.


Exceptions (EU Cooling-Off Period)

Due to the custom nature of our products, the 14-day cooling-off period for EU customers does not apply. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
